Executive/ Senior Executive - Financial Reporting

Job Profile

·    Report prepaid revenue in accordance with the relevant accounting standards and group reporting policies.

·        Report the Interconnection revenue and cost for both prepaid and postpaid

·        Carryout the netting and setting off the interconnect payables and receivables.

·        Carryout variance analysis for all the reported revenue and cost with the prior months and identify reasons for any significant fluctuations

·         Represent the finance department at Change Management Request (CMR) meetings to analyse  the financial implication of the changes implemented and to ensure all changes are being captured in the reporting systems

·         Reconciling the   IN balances with ledger balances as at every month end

·         Review the daily IN to IN reconciliation

·         Prepare aging reports for receivables and payables as and when required

·         Complete the other internal controls by due dates.

·         Liaise with external and internal auditors, and group auditors


Candidate Profile

·         Should possess part qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka / CIMA or equivalent

·         Minimum of three year experience preferably covering the requirements of the job profile.

·         Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Standards and Principles

·         Should be an individual with the ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision.

·         Ability to work extended hours and weekends to meet deadlines.

·         Should possess good communication skills in English.

Job Profile

  • Responsible for timely implementation and management of assigned IT and Enterprise projects

Executive - Fraud Prevention

Job Profile


  • Effectively contribute to plan the investigations of the Fraud Management Team along with own investigation assignments with the supervision and direction of the Manager – Fraud Prevention.
  • Conduct effective investigations, under the supervision and guidance of the Manager – Fraud Prevention; on alleged fraud, irregularity or misconduct by securing the evidence at the standard of a criminal litigation having analyzing records, interviewing witnesses and subjects, attending in Courts/Tribunals/Mediation Boards when required to give evidence. 
  • Report the findings and recommendations upon analysis and submit the reports through the Manager – Fraud Prevention and appropriate Heads of Internal Audit and Assurance for the consideration and reference by the Senior Management.
  • Liaise with the middle management and the senior management in conducting investigations and discuss the findings together with recommendations in order to address the identified risks.


Candidate Profile


  • Possess a Degree in Business Administration, IT or equivalent.
  • Excellent development skills in IT especially in the areas of SQL, Java and Visual Basic are a must.
  • A part qualification in CIMA/ICASL/ACCA/CMA and HND in Telecommunication will be an added advantage.
