Job Profile

Maintain all Service Level Agreements with internal and external stakeholders in report perpetration, access and providing efficient solutions
Prepare reports, dashboards and other user requests using the Management Information System
Prepare data models, data marts and structures in an effective method and supervise all associated activities
Ensure ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) functionality is accurately and timely happening towards MIS from all network and systems nodes
Monitor resource utilization of the MIS and data warehouse platform with regard to Capacity, reliability and availability and escalate requirements to management in a timely manner
Ensure availability and optimal efficiency of the Data Warehouse (DW) for end users
Liaise internally and externally to resolve matters with minimum impact to operation
Maintain Business Intelligence governance framework to ensure accuracy of reporting
Liaise with all stakeholders in the company to provide an efficient and effective service through MIS and Data Warehouse

  • Should possess professional qualification from ICA / CIMA; a Fellow status with a MBA will be an added advantage
  • Experience in minimum of 2 successful implementation of ERPs
  • 2 years of experience at senior level; experience in a Telco will be a definite advantage
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS & SLFRS), principles and the Telco business is a must

Director - Finance Operations

The selected candidate will oversee 3 sub-functions which includes Accounting, Billing and Budgeting & Reporting. Accounting function includes managing periodic accounting and reporting and end-to-end process for journal vouchers, payables & receivables, whilst complying with the statutory and group reporting standards. He/she will be also responsible for consumer billing & wholesale billing and collection, consolidating business / functional units’ budgets and developing master budget and forecast, monitor and track the utilization of the budget and prepare management information reports. He/she will be overall responsible for improving the efficiencies of all the processes in the said areas, documenting and adhering to same.

  • Should possess professional qualification from ICA; a Fellow status with a MBA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum  10 years of relevant experience  with at least 3 years  at senior level; experience in a Telco will be a definite advantage

  • Should possess a degree in Supplies and Material Management from a recognized institute or equivalent; MBA will be a definite advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management with at least 3 years  at senior level; experience in a Telco will be a definite advantage

The selected candidate will oversee 3 sub-functions including Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management and Compliance. This includes developing assurance practices and procedures, managing the overall revenue assurance process, identifying analysing and restoration of leakages. Conduct regular checks and implement security measures to detect and prevent fraud, prepare SOPs and immediate response actions to mitigate and minimize damage from frauds. The prospective candidate should also develop, document and implement an end-to-end compliance program throughout the company and monitor the execution and compliance of same.

  • Should possess professional qualification from ICA/CIMA; a Fellow status and MSc  in IT along with a MBA will be an added advantage

Implement all necessary enhancements to existing MIS systems and introduce best practices for a Telco MIS platform
Establish a Business Intelligence governance framework to ensure accuracy of reporting
Assist development team and provide efficient technical recommendations to achieve targets
