Job Profile

  • Advise, review, negotiate, draft, execute and manage commercial contracts, letters of acceptance, RFP/RPQs and the renewal of all such legal instruments
  • Maintain a database of all contracts and other documents in the legal data management system
  • Maintains and adhere to agreed SLAs with internal BUs and external vendors / partners etc
  • Execution of lease agreements with tower site owners and infrastructure sharing agreements
  • Handling special projects such as loan agreements, acquisitions and any other
  • Handle and/or overlook all litigation including labour related matters
  • Responsible for enforcement, termination and timely renewal of contracts
  • Liaising with governmental bodies (TRCSL, BOI, Customs, CAA etc.) as required


Candidates Profile

  • Should possess a degree in Law from a recognised university/Attorney- at- Law
  • Having conveyancing experience and a notarial license would be advantageous
  • Should possess minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a telecommunication industry  or any other corporate environment
  • Should possess excellent analytical and problem solving  skills with accountability
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and to achieve given deadlines
  • A resilient individual with the ability to multi task
  • Ability to work with all tiers in the organization, be a team player and conduct themselves professionally
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge in computer is a must
  • Should be below the age of 35





Job Profile

  • Analyze market dynamics to identify behaviors and opportunities to grow business
  • Responsible for negotiating with international operators and vendors
  • Identifying requirements for new product developments and designing of products / features
  • Managing new product development projects through interdivisional coordination
  • Preparing product documents, business cases, reports and presentations
  • Managing wholesale and retail key accounts



Candidate profile

  • Should possess a degree in Business Management/ IT/ Administration / Telecommunication or equivalent
  • Professional qualification in CIM/CIMA will be a definite advantage
  • Strong negotiation, analytical problem solving and project management Skills
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • A dynamic individual with creative thinking

  • Highly detail-oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision

·         Highly proficient in MS office applications: Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Minimum one year of experience is a must, prior roaming business knowledge would be advantageous

  • Should have successfully completed the Advenced Level Examination
  • Resilient individual with flexibility in working hours including evening shifts
  • Should be between the age of 19-25
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in Call Centre/ Customer Care will  be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills in English & Sinhala, both written & spoken ( Tamil will be an added advantage)
