Job Profile

  • Advise, review, negotiate, draft, execute and manage Contracts, Letters of Acceptance, RFP/RPQs and renewal of all such legal instruments
  • Maintains a database of all contracts and other documents in the legal data management system

Executive - Fraud Prevention

Job Profile

 

  • Effectively contribute to plan the investigations of the Fraud Management Team along with own investigation assignments with the supervision and direction of the Manager – Fraud Prevention.
  • Conduct effective investigations, under the supervision and guidance of the Manager – Fraud Prevention; on alleged fraud, irregularity or misconduct by securing the evidence at the standard of a criminal litigation having analyzing records, interviewing witnesses and subjects, attending in Courts/Tribunals/Mediation Boards when required to give evidence. 
  • Report the findings and recommendations upon analysis and submit the reports through the Manager – Fraud Prevention and appropriate Heads of Internal Audit and Assurance for the consideration and reference by the Senior Management.
  • Liaise with the middle management and the senior management in conducting investigations and discuss the findings together with recommendations in order to address the identified risks.

 

Candidate Profile

 

  • Possess a Degree in Business Administration, IT or equivalent.
  • Excellent development skills in IT especially in the areas of SQL, Java and Visual Basic are a must.
  • A part qualification in CIMA/ICASL/ACCA/CMA and HND in Telecommunication will be an added advantage.
  • An analytical and inquiring mind to assess evidence and facts to identify and challenge the discrepancies and carry out further investigations.
  • Excellent understanding of and commitment towards diversity and equality in the workplace.
