Assistant Manager - IT & Technical Audit

 

Job Profile

Undertake the identification and evaluation of  audit risk areas relating to Technology through a risk-based audit methodology, and manage the preparation of the IT & Technical annual audit plan based on the identified risks
Manage IT & Technical audits to ensure the adequacy of audit scope, the adequacy of testing performed, and the accuracy of conclusions reached
Manage the audit assignments independently and escalate as may be required to Head of Internal Audit (HoIA)
Ensure that audit procedures are strictly adhered to, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analysing evidence, and documentation of Technology processes and procedures
Conducting interviews, develop and administering surveys, composing summary memos, and preparing working papers and draft audit report for close conference with auditee
Communicate the results, findings and recommendations of audit projects via written reports and face-to-face presentations on a timely basis to the management and HoIA
Ensure internal audit activities are carried out in compliance with International standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Standards) and IIA Code of Ethics
Manage the planning and execution of audits relating to the different IT platforms and network platforms, the evaluation of Technology internal controls and communicate collaboratively with management to identify actions needed

 

Candidates Profile

Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Telecommunications / Electronic communication from a first tier educational institute
Professional membership of ISACA / CISA or equivalent would be an advantage
Minimum 3 years of technology / IT audit & consultancy related work experience preferably with a Telco operator or similar industry.
Big 4  grounding or consultancy background is an added advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbal
Thorough understanding of complex technology architecture and associated risk and control principles and their applicability to typical business environments and issues
Provide appropriate directions to other internal audit project team members
Working knowledge of ISO 27000, ISO 20000, ITIL, COSO and COBIT framework
Willingness to travel across the country to carryout field audits
Conversant in Microsoft Office suite including Visio

Assistant Accountant - Financial Reporting

 

Job Profile

 

Reporting revenue and cost in accordance with the relevant accounting standards and group reporting policies
Completion of monthly reconciliations between the general ledger and the relevant billing systems in order to ensure accuracy of revenue reporting
Carry out variance analysis for all the reported revenue and cost with the prior months and identify reasons for any significant fluctuations
Preparing debtors and creditors reconciliations including aging as at every month end
Participate in meetings to discuss on the financial implications of the changes/introduction of new products and ensure all changes are captured in the reporting systems
Complete all internal controls in a timely manner
Liaising with external and internal auditors, and group auditors

 

Candidates Profile

 

Should be fully qualified in  ICASL or ACCA
